This is a limited-edition, hard-to-find and very expensive book. But if you love the Moto Guzzi marque and especially the famous V8 road racer, this book is great. It’s a very interesting and very detailed autobiography of Bill Lomas’ career with Moto Guzzi and more.

From his early days as a motorcycle tinkerer/engineer to his famous racing career, it’s chock full of historical and rare photos and background on riding and racing motorcycles back in the old days. Bill was a successful trials racer also and created many engineering enhancements to his motorcycles that helped the factories to win. I really liked this book, it has tons of detailed information on motorcycles and motorcycle racing development in “the old days”.
