Spy Shots Show Us the Future
Aprilia isn’t going to let the new RS 660 steal the show this year. The company sells a slew of other fantastic bikes, and it’s working to update them, too. Recently a 2021 RSV4 was spotted out testing, and it looks like it’s taking some cues from its smaller stablemate.
The new RSV4 will be styled more closely to the RS 660. It has sharper and more modern lines. It also gets LED lights aerodynamic flaps integrated into the fairing, and what appears to be a new swingarm, according to Motociclismo.
In terms of the engine, nothing is known at this time. It will have to be Euro 5 compliant and that means there will be some minor updates, but as far as what else in terms of power and torque, there’s not any clear information at this time. You can bet that the engine will be at least as powerful as the outgoing RSV4, which makes 201 hp.
This bike that was spotted appears to be in its final testing stages, so the wait to find out all the details of this machine should not be too long.
