Water Cooled Moto Guzzi V11 GT

Moto Mag sent us these photos of a Moto Guzzi; supposedly the V11 GT prototype.  I had originally thought it might be a prototype of a water cooled sport-tourer, but sources tell me it’s air cooled.These photos were taken several years ago, but the design still looks great today.  Will it ever be built?
