Motorcycle Gear & Product Reviews for Over 20 Years

A Focus On Real Reviews

At wBW we focus on motorcycle gear reviews, including reviews of motorcycle parts, tools, motorcycle apparel, protective gear, electronics and more. We have been reviewing motorcycle products for over 20 years and are the most reliable source of unbiased advice on which products to buy. This is the main index for webBikeWorld motorcycle product reviews.

With over 2,000 motorcycle accessory, clothing and product reviews online and over 5,000 pages in the site in total, it’s hard to keep everything categorized, so please use the webBikeWorld search function if you have trouble. There are also 170+ book reviews, 300+ helmet reviews, 35 video reviews, 120+ technical, maintenance and repair articles, 100+ Special Reports, many Motorcycle Reviews and more always on the way.

Our Approach

We have partnerships with awesome retailers and manufacturers who kindly supply us with cool new products to test. We’re always talking to them about getting the latest information on motorcycle products, quizzing them about new things in the pipeline, generally annoying them with emails and cornering them at trade shows. That’s how we ensure we’re getting you the latest and greatest information and ensuring we can also get good gear to review for you guys.

wBW reviews are 100% independent and no matter who gives the helmet, jacket or gloves we guarantee that we will always tell you the good, bad and in between. We will tell you what we like and what don’t like. It is important to note that our reviews are comprehensive and detailed.

A typical review takes four to six weeks and is a real world, hands on process, tested by real riders our on the road. We typically include short running to the shop rides, long days of riding for hours on end, sound tests, drop tests and much more.

Bonjour! Is This Italy? By: Kevin Turner Softcover ISBN: 978-1-845843-99-1 Publisher: Veloce Publishing Publication Date: May 2012 144 Pages. Color Photos. 21×15 cm List Price: $24.95 or £12.99 Finally available in the U.S. (released today, June 29, 2012) is one of the funniest books I’ve read in a long time. Bonjour! Is This Italy? by Kevin …

Nolan N85 Helmet Review   Summary The new Nolan N85 is something like a full-face version of the popular Nolan N104 (review). It has the same high levels of quality we’ve come to expect from Nolan and it has all the features expected in a high-end street/sport helmet. But the single most amazing feature of the …

AGV Sport Laguna Motorcycle Gloves Review The AGV Sport Laguna gloves are the “premier full length sport-racing glove” in the AGV Sport lineup. These sport or sport-touring gloves are made from soft, mid-weight leather and they have an array of protective features. Their main claim to fame is the large amount of perforated leather surface area between …

AGV AX-8 Dual EVO Helmet Review The AX-8 Dual EVO is a redesigned version of the 2011 AGV AX-8 Dual helmet. The new version has high-quality construction and several features not found on other dual-sport helmets. It’s also quieter than average and the peak has a low-lift design that works. The helmet is also relatively …

The SCHUBERTH S2 Helmet The SCHUBERTH S2 is the company’s new sport/touring helmet that includes an internal sun visor. It is made with typical SCHUBERTH quality and features, including a built-in intercom antenna (for the SCHUBERTH SRCS-2 system only). Its comfortable and the weight is very reasonable, especially considering the features. However, the S2 doesn’t …

Cardo Scala Rider G9 Intercom Review Far more feature-rich than the Scala Rider G4 (review), the latest addition to the “G” family isn’t much bigger, but it is definitely better. For example, the Cardo Scala Rider G9 has the best (i.e., most responsive) audio gain control I have experienced. Combined with near-silent functionality, the G9 intercom …

And Improved Clearwater “Andie” With Even More Power The Clearwater Andie 800 lumen LED flashlight is another stunner. It’s so powerful, it makes the original Andie LED flashlight seem weak — and that’s saying something! The original Clearwater “Andie” LED flashlight (review) was a hit when it was first released in 2009. We’re big flashlight fans here …

Vitesse “Glove” Motorcycle Boots Review The Vitesse Glove motorcycle boots are outstanding. They are built to a very high standard of design and quality and they don’t look like every other sports boot on the market For the serious motorcyclist, the balance between protection and style/comfort is always hard to get right. Everyone’s seen foolhardy …

Flo Stainless Steel Reusable Oil Filter The PC Racing Flo Oil Filter is a beautifully machined billet aluminum case with a reusable stainless mesh filter. The filter is claimed to have 200% more filter capacity than disposable media types and it allows the owner to see the residue to check for problems. The spin-on Flo …

Spark Camelot Windproof Vest More outstanding Spark quality in a wind-blocking, moisture-wicking vest to match the Camelot shirt. It works for summer or winter, as a wind barrier for mesh jackets or to improve wind-blocking in cold weather. Where to Buy Spark Motorcycle Windproof Underwear Also Shop for: Motorcycle Jackets, Motorcycle Gloves, Motorcycle Boots, Motorcycle Pants Background We have …

Good Stuff and Cheap! The Cycle Case Hi-Viz line of soft motorcycle luggage has excellent quality. The luggage is built to a low price. But the availability of the Hi-Viz yellow color and the quality make this an excellent choice. Simply designed and very functional, the four Cycle Case products in this review install quickly …

Second Take on the BMG Adventure Jacket The British Motorcycle Gear BMG Adventure II jacket is a recent update to the original BMG Adventure jacket (review). The updates include the deletion of the removable sleeves (some originals with removable sleeves are still available). Also included in the Adventure II jacket is the use of new DuPont 2120D Cordura …

Michelin Pilot Road 3 Motorcycle Tires Outstanding grip in wet and dry conditions. Very neutral handling, fast warm-up times. Noticeable difference from the Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires on the Ducati Multistrada 620. “Motorcycle tires are so good today that 99.9% of motorcycle owners wouldn’t notice the difference from one brand or type to another”. …

ROOF Boxer V8 Helmet The Roof Boxer V8 helmet is another variant in the classic Roof Boxer helmet series. The Boxer V8 looks as unique now as it did when the original was first introduced in 1995 as the world’s first dual-homologated (full-face and Jet) helmet with a fully rotating flip-up visor. Like the original Roof …

Arai XD4 Helmet Review The Arai XD4 is a modest update of the XD3. It includes a new face shield design that now incorporates brow vents. A redesigned peak and refined overall shape makes the XD4 the smoothest-feeling, low-drag, low-lift dual-sport helmets you’ll find. The XD4 is one of the lightest weight dual-sport helmets and …
