Motorcycle Gear & Product Reviews for Over 20 Years

A Focus On Real Reviews

At wBW we focus on motorcycle gear reviews, including reviews of motorcycle parts, tools, motorcycle apparel, protective gear, electronics and more. We have been reviewing motorcycle products for over 20 years and are the most reliable source of unbiased advice on which products to buy. This is the main index for webBikeWorld motorcycle product reviews.

With over 2,000 motorcycle accessory, clothing and product reviews online and over 5,000 pages in the site in total, it’s hard to keep everything categorized, so please use the webBikeWorld search function if you have trouble. There are also 170+ book reviews, 300+ helmet reviews, 35 video reviews, 120+ technical, maintenance and repair articles, 100+ Special Reports, many Motorcycle Reviews and more always on the way.

Our Approach

We have partnerships with awesome retailers and manufacturers who kindly supply us with cool new products to test. We’re always talking to them about getting the latest information on motorcycle products, quizzing them about new things in the pipeline, generally annoying them with emails and cornering them at trade shows. That’s how we ensure we’re getting you the latest and greatest information and ensuring we can also get good gear to review for you guys.

wBW reviews are 100% independent and no matter who gives the helmet, jacket or gloves we guarantee that we will always tell you the good, bad and in between. We will tell you what we like and what don’t like. It is important to note that our reviews are comprehensive and detailed.

A typical review takes four to six weeks and is a real world, hands on process, tested by real riders our on the road. We typically include short running to the shop rides, long days of riding for hours on end, sound tests, drop tests and much more.

The “Blow Hard” 3-Way Electronic Horn It looks like an old “ring the bell” bicycle horn, but the Blow Hard is actually a modern electronically-controlled sound system. Tucano Urbano “Dora” Women’s Motorcycle Jacket Tucano Urbano must be almost unique in that they make just as many jackets for women as for men. Sometimes they’re even complementary versions of the same design. Example: the Tucano Urbano “Mod” and “Modette” parkas of their wonderfully named “Mork” and “Mindy” quilted jackets. When selecting items for …

Midland XTC400VP Action Camera Review The new Midland XTC400VP is basically a higher-spec version of the Midland XTC300 (review) we reviewed one year ago. The XTC400 adds WiFi connectivity; a mounting system with standardized mounting rails on either side of the camera; a rotating lens and several user-controlled recording options. The kit also comes with a (rather …

RS Taichi RSS006 Drymaster Boa Motorcycle Riding Shoes The RS Taichi RSS006 Drymaster Boa Riding Shoes are a good mixture of form and function. The shoes — or boots — have some style without being over-the-top and the protective features are good for a motorcycle boot or shoe of this style. The Boa lacing system …

Can a Tablet Replace a Motorcycle GPS? Can a tablet like the Google Nexus 7 be used as a navigation device on a motorcycle? Yes it can, but with some caveats. While it may not be the perfect solution, it is indeed a solution…and a pretty economical one at that. Screen size is just right, …

Shark Raw Soyouz Helmet Review The Shark Raw helmet (2013 Preview) is certainly a looker. But like most things radical, the chances are that you’ll fall into one camp or the other — you’ll either love it or hate it. There probably isn’t a better-looking helmet on the planet for sinister bad*ss cruising, but unfortunately, …

The Vendramini Marahton boots are made in Italy from real leather. These are very comfortable boots!
