Motorcycle Gear & Product Reviews for Over 20 Years

A Focus On Real Reviews

At wBW we focus on motorcycle gear reviews, including reviews of motorcycle parts, tools, motorcycle apparel, protective gear, electronics and more. We have been reviewing motorcycle products for over 20 years and are the most reliable source of unbiased advice on which products to buy. This is the main index for webBikeWorld motorcycle product reviews.

With over 2,000 motorcycle accessory, clothing and product reviews online and over 5,000 pages in the site in total, it’s hard to keep everything categorized, so please use the webBikeWorld search function if you have trouble. There are also 170+ book reviews, 300+ helmet reviews, 35 video reviews, 120+ technical, maintenance and repair articles, 100+ Special Reports, many Motorcycle Reviews and more always on the way.

Our Approach

We have partnerships with awesome retailers and manufacturers who kindly supply us with cool new products to test. We’re always talking to them about getting the latest information on motorcycle products, quizzing them about new things in the pipeline, generally annoying them with emails and cornering them at trade shows. That’s how we ensure we’re getting you the latest and greatest information and ensuring we can also get good gear to review for you guys.

wBW reviews are 100% independent and no matter who gives the helmet, jacket or gloves we guarantee that we will always tell you the good, bad and in between. We will tell you what we like and what don’t like. It is important to note that our reviews are comprehensive and detailed.

A typical review takes four to six weeks and is a real world, hands on process, tested by real riders our on the road. We typically include short running to the shop rides, long days of riding for hours on end, sound tests, drop tests and much more.

Caberg Konda Motorcycle Helmet The 2010 Caberg Konda is one of the most stylish flip-up helmets available. It has an outstanding finish and excellent overall quality with generous sizing. It is also ready for and can be fitted with the Caberg “Just Speak” Bluetooth 2.0 wireless communication system. The Caberg Konda is new for 2010 …

Reevu MSX1 Rear View Mirror Helmet Review The Reevu MSX1 is the fist motorcycle helmet with a rear view mirror system! This is an amazing development in motorcycle helmets and it’s obviously an excellent safety feature. But the helmet is also good enough to stand on its own even if it didn’t have the rear …

Fine Vision Anti-Fog Visor Insert Review I’m singing in the rain with the Fine Vision anti-fog visor insert. It’s not pretty but it does the job, keeping the visor from fogging in damp conditions with minimal disruption to vision when the weather is fine. I love my BMW System 5 helmet. It’s far and away …

Sena SMH10 Motorcycle Bluetooth Intercom Review Wow! This is the current intercom system to beat. While I could debate whether this is a “Gen 3” or “Gen 4” motorcycle communications system, I cannot and will not argue that the Sena SMH10 Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset and Intercom system (review) is THE real thing. So with most of the …

Teiz Motorsports Tioga and Camino Jacket The Teiz Motorsports Tioga perforated leather jacket and the Camino non-perforated leather jacket have the styling and comfort of textile and the protection of leather, all at a relatively low price. The Teiz Motorsports Cross Continent textile mesh one-piece suit was reviewed on webBikeWorld just about one year ago. Teiz was a …

GoPro HD Hero Video Camera Review The GoPro HD video camera takes very good quality HD video and decent photos. It has several interesting features, but the menu system seems obsolete compared to the Drift X170 (see Part 2 of this review). The GoPro HD is slightly bulky for use on a motorcycle. Combine the best …

Sidi Sport Rain Boots Review Whether you’re touring, cruising, street riding or even walking, the Sidi Sport Rain boots have you covered. They have a unique combination of features that make them the Swiss Army knife of motorcycle boots. If it seems like we’ve been slowly working our way through the entire Sidi boot lineup, …

Drift X170 Video Camera Review The Drift X170 has everything going for it…except HD. Too bad, because the form factor, ease of use and the live view color LCD menu screen makes everything else seem so yesterday. We can only hope that Drift will release an HD version soon. In Part 1 of this two-part comparison, I …

Denali D1 LED Lighting Kit Review ven base product has been turned into an excellent accessory lighting kit for motorcycle use. Fully ruggedized and tested to survive the wear, tear and shock of typical motorcycle use, the Denali LED D1 light modules are the real deal. For anyone concerned about power draw, effectiveness, on/off transition …

Sena SMH-10 Motorcycle Bluetooth Intercom Review A motorcycle Bluetooth intercom system with a very different approach to control layout that makes it very easy to use. Very loud volume and excellent sound quality also. The Sena “Jog Dial” is a new feature that makes it easy to choose or switch the internal features. Firmware updates …

REV’IT!! “Giri” Motorcycle Gloves The REV’IT! Giri gloves are an excellent choice for the rider looking for a pair of medium-weight summer gloves but doesn’t wish to opt for the weight and cost of a full leather. Just like the humble editor of webBikeWorld, we are also big fans of REV’IT! gear. Most of the rider …

Spark Plugging the Classics ISBN: 978-0-9556595-3-9 Panther Publishing (UK) 2010 16 pages, photos, illustrations and charts. List Price: $24.95 At only 16 pages, Spark Plugging the Classics is probably what Sherlock Holmes would call a “monograph” rather than a book. It was recently written by Stan Dibben.
