I’m not a Ducati owner, just a fan, and this is the first book I’ve owned about the marque. So it’s hard to know whether it is better or worse than other Ducati historical books.
But I thoroughly enjoyed flipping through the pages of history and looking at the fine photographs. It’s an easy read, as each year is given 2-3 pages, and the dates in question are clearly marked.
I think Ducati owners would also be pleased with this guide to Ducati racing history and models through the years. The book starts with the 1925 to 1940 (pre-war) years and ends with the year 2000 Monsters, so it’s pretty up to date. A nice book to refer to or to spend a few minutes each night before going to bed to enhance the potential of sweet Ducati dreams!
