The Induction Duo
KLIM is making an impact into the new year early with two new jackets ready for your riding comfort; the previously successful KLIM Induction has seen a major update and the Induction Pro model comes as a brand new jacket for the 2021 riding season.
The original KLIM Induction jacket has been regarded as one of the best all-rounder jackets since it’s inception a few years back. Since then, many jackets have come and gone through the revolving door we call the “motorcycle gear carousel”, meaning it’s time for this model to perhaps see some updates.
That is exactly what KLIM did, not only did they update the original Induction jacket, but they also introduced the Pro version with even more features than the standard.
The new standard Induction continues to set the gold standard for mesh touring jackets. The entire Karbonite™ Mesh construction has seen an update to increase flexibility and rider comfort. The jacket still maintains high safety standards with the updated Induction coming into 2021 with a CE AA safety rating. This jacket (along with the Pro) have new stretch panels to make the jacket more comfortable than it already was. The updated 2021 KLIM Induction will be available for $349.99 at the KLIM website and selected retailers.
The brand new Induction Pro brings lots of updates to the original Induction platform with the inclusion of CE Level 2 D3O® pads, added areas featuring that special Karbonite™ Mesh, and KLIM even doubled-down on all common abrasion zones to ensure this jacket holds it’s own weight in the event anything happens on the road. The Induction Pro will retail for an extra $30 on top of the regular Induction bringing the price to $479.99.
These warm-weather touring-based jackets will be available starting January 2021. Check the official KLIM website here for more details.
Chase, ERRATA: The Klim Pro Induction does indeed start at $479.99 MSRP, a full $130 higher than the $349.99 MSRP starting price of the Klim Induction men’s jacket.
