Go Touring With The 2021 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Range

While the new Triumph Tiger 850 Sport has taken over the duties of the Tiger 900, the 900 platform isn’t dead yet. The 2021 Triumph line-up has a number of Tiger 900 models still going strong. For 2021, this British-made adventure motorcycle has five models in its sub-range: the Tiger 900 Rally, Rally Pro, GT, GT Low, and GT Pro. We’re here to talk about the Tiger 900 GT models.

Like the other 900-branded Triumph Motorcycles, the Tiger 900 is powered by an all-new 888cc triple-cylinder engine that produces an impressive 93.9 horsepower and 64 lb-ft of peak torque. That power is delivered to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox, with power spread across a nice broad range for dynamic and versatile riding.

The GT model boasts optimized cornering ABS and traction control, four riding modes, an adjustable rear suspension unit from Marzocchi, a 7-inch full-color TFT instrumentation, and mode.

The GT Low has all of the same features as the standard GT, but it comes equipped with a lower and adjustable set height. It’s lower than the stock model by 1.96 inches, making it a more accessible model.

Lastly, there’s the GT Pro. This is the top of the range model that boasts all the features of the GT version, but with electronically adjustable rear suspension, integrated My Triumph connectivity, a Triumph Shift Assist quick-shifter, and five selectable riding modes.

For 2021, the Tiger 900 GT models are available in three color options: Pure white, Sapphire Black, or Korosi Red.

The 2021 Triumph Tiger 900 GT starts from $14,300 USD / $16,400 CAD.
