The 2021 BMW F 850 GS Can Conquer Any Terrain
Contents
The BMW F 850 GS is an ideal adventure motorcycle. It’s smaller and more agile than the larger GS models, but it doesn’t compromise on power and performance. It has the perfect balance of off-road agility and on-road performance, and that’s why it’s one of the most exciting motorcycles in the 2021 BMW line-up.
The F 850 GS draws power from a European-made liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. This 853 cc twin-cylinder powerplant produces an impressive 90 horsepower and 63 lb-ft of torque, delivering power across the rev range. This makes it ideal for rugged off-road riding, high-performance road riding, and economic commuting too.
To match the impressive engine performance, BMW Motorrad has added a number of exciting riding aids and standard features to the F 859 GS. Rider aids include ABS, Automatic Stability Control, and selectable riding modes (Rain and Road), controlled via an on-board computer. Practical touring accessories include adjustable levers, LED lighting, and a tough engine guard.
For 2021, the F 850 GS is available in three color options: Racing Red, Rallye Blue Metallic, or a special edition black and yellow design that celebrates 40 years of the GS brand designation.
The 2021 BMW F 850 GS starts at $13,545 USD / $15,100 CAD
