Okay let’s start with i’m upgrading from 250cc bikes and been looking to upgrade my bike. Since 1000cc bike are way expensive in a country I live, so 600cc are more affordable. Theres 2nd or used bike but I prefer fresh bike. So 600cc is my choice and I have compared all 600cc’s bike in your website. But in this page you mention suzuki is middleweight killer. Based on the information, suzuki had lesser horsepower. Mind explaining it?
Horsepower is one factor, torque is another. Most important are overall riding dynamics, which suspension tuning, weight, etc. all have a heavy influence on.
Your best bet is to get on some bikes and ride them. Numbers alone don’t tell a great story, especially when it comes to motorcycles.
Hi Boogie!
I love that you’re going for the 600 class! I’ve had a few 600cc bikes in my 30 year riding “career” and love them.
Are you in Europe by chance? If so, I would draw your attention to a bike I’m VERY excited about, but won’t be released here in North America for another year: The Aprilia RS660.
Have a look at it and I think you’ll start to see what I do. This bike is going to leave all the other 600s behind. I’m very tempted to buy one myself next year.
