The Only Enduro Motorcycle You’ll Ever Need: The KTM 250 XC-F
Contents
The 250 XC-F is the smallest model in the XC-F range but it’s not the smallest motorcycle in the 2021 KTM line-up by a long way. While many riders like to think that a 250 motorcycle is too small for them, that’s not the case with this KTM. It’s small in displacement but big in power. If you can’t have fun on one of these, you’re obviously not doing it right. And of course, many professional off-road riders would argue that the KTM 250 XC-F is one of the best enduro motorcycles ever made.
The success of the 250 XC-F is down to the lightweight frame and compact engine. The engine itself is a European-made 249.9cc single-cylinder four-stroke motor with a state-of-the-art engine management system that delivers maximum power but from a small package. When inserted into a lightweight frame, the result is a nimble and agile motorcycle that’s fast and fun. KTM claims that it’s the most powerful 250 in the class…and they’re probably right.
Like most KTM motorcycles, the 250 XC-F benefits from a range of top-shelf parts, including WP XACT suspension at the front and rear, Brembo brakes, GIANT rims, Dunlop Geomax AT81 tires, plenty of CNC machined parts, and the addition of KTM’s advanced traction control system. All in, it’s a sophisticated enduro machine bred from championship-winning DNA.
For 2021, the 250 XC-F is available exclusively in KTM Orange with White and Black accents.
