Triumph’s Top-Shelf Triple: The 2021 Triumph Speed Triple RS
Contents
The Triumph Speed Triple RS is the top of the range naked roadster from Triumph Motorcycles. Thanks to a number of impressive tweaks from Triumph, the Speed Triple RS claims to be the most powerful, responsive, and best sounding triple ever! If you want to unleash your inner hooligan, this is the best model in the 2021 Triumph line-up for the job.
The 2021 Triumph Speed Triple RS draws power from a British-made 1,050cc Liquid-cooled, 12 valve, DOHC, inline 3-cylinder engine that produces a potent 148 horsepower and 86 lb-ft of peak torque. It’s a powerful ride, but the real secret to the Speed Triple RS’s success isn’t the engine, but the comprehensive electronics package that complements it.
Boasting five riding modes (Road, Rain, Sport, Track, and Rider-configurable), optimized cornering ABS, traction control, cruise control, and Triumph’s own all-new shift assist quick-shifter, the Speed Triple RS is a powerful and advanced motorcycle, with plenty of bells and whistles. What’s more, it also has fully adjustable Ohlins suspension, high-spec Brembo brakes, a keyless ignition, LED DRLs, and a full-color TFT display too. And that’s only a snapshot of what is on offer.
For 2021, the Speed Triple RS is available in two color options: Matt Black or Crystal White.
The 2021 Triumph Speed Triple RS starts from $16,500 USD / $18,300 CAD.
