The 2021 Kawasaki Z125 Pro: Calling Your Inner Hooligan
Contents
Well hello inner child, you want to come out and get hooligan crazy? Sounds like a blast, and here is the perfect hooligan accessory, the made in Japan Kawasaki Z125 Pro. Let’s be honest, our inner child is for sure a pro-level hooligan.
I will admit, I use the term hooligan loosely, but one look at the Z125 Pro and you begin smiling knowing full well this machine will be a blast to ride. The small wheels can fool one into thinking this is a kid’s bike, but the seat height is 805 mm (31.7 in), normal sportbike size. Kawasaki Motorcycles has made this little bike just right for everyone from junior to Grandma to put a leg over. The ergonomics are suitable for all but the very tall. Over 6’2” and you will find your knees bumping the handlebars on tight turns.
Yes, this is the smallest motorcycle in the 2021 Kawasaki lineup, but Kawasaki treats it very seriously. The 125cc Single makes 8.3 HP, and that’s just fine with the fun factor it packs. Above the 12” cast wheels and grippy sport rubber, there is a proper high tensile steel frame and a well-sorted suspension with rear preload adjustment.
The combined analog tach and digital display even has a gear indicator, very handy. It has been built to excel at urban commuting. Cheap to buy, insure, and fuel, it takes no effort to justify its place in your garage. It will turn the daily run to the office into an exhilarating little rip, and you will likely not even find yourself exceeding the speed limit.
Colors for 2021: Metallic Spark Black, Pearl Nightshade Teal.

2021 Kawasaki Z125 Pro Features
Smart Regulator
This control enables charging to be done even at idling speed, when the voltage generated is at its lowest, (provided conditions are standard and no accessories are being used), which exceeds the ability of current regulators. Additionally, once the battery is fully charged, or when the throttle is opened quickly, the smart regulator turns the charging function off, instantly reducing the electrical resistance of the generator. This enables the energy used to drive the generator to be saved – usually a big loss, especially for a small-displacement engine. By minimizing power loss, the Smart Regulator contributes to increased fuel efficiency.
