2020 Yamaha Star Venture
Contents
The 2020 Yamaha Star Venture TC is the flagship of the touring and long-distance touring model range. It’s even in the name as TC stands for TransContinental. Powered by a 1854cc air-cooled, long-stroke 48 degree V-twin, the Star Venture pushes out approximately 85 crank HP, and 120 lbs-ft of crank torque.
The 2020 edition of the Star Venture TC has not changed much from previous model years, with the only real difference being that this has BlueTooth 5.0 compatibility, allowing commlink and phone connectivity with the latest and greatest in-helmet communication systems.
As well, many early reviews are speaking to the wind deflectors on the front panels being stiffer and moving more wind aside compared to previous model years.
The 2020 Yamaha Star Venture TC starts at $24,999 US/$32,299 CA

Loved this bike! Heavy bike… Yes. This bike gives what you need. I’m 6’4″ and felt very comfortable on this ride. Not bad looking either!
I bought 2020 TC a couple months ago and absolutely love it!!! This is my dream bike! I’m 6’3” and it fits me well. However, there is one issue. The mirrors are set way forward on the cowling. This causes them to be too close together and too low. I can’t see behind me. On an otherwise spectacular motorcycle this is a serious and likely fatal flaw. I have been searching for oem or aftermarket options but so far no luck. I really want to enjoy this sweet ride but have to constantly rock side to side in order to get a look behind. It is frustrating and dangerous. If anyone knows of options please let me know.
